1. Strictly 18+
It is illegal in the UK to sell nicotine products (vapes, e-liquids, nicotine pouches) to anyone under 18. We will not knowingly sell to or market to anyone under 18.
2. How we verify age
At checkout we run automatic age-verification using your name, address and date of birth. Where we cannot electronically verify, we may ask for ID before dispatching your order.
3. Delivery
Some orders are sent on an age-restricted delivery service requiring ID at the door. By placing an order you confirm an adult (18+) will be available to sign for it.
4. Suspected underage attempts
Any account suspected of being used by an under-18 will be blocked and the order cancelled. We may share information with Trading Standards or local police where appropriate.
5. Marketing
Our advertising follows the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising (CAP) and we do not target under-18s in any channel — including search, social, email or affiliate.
